How to set extra services

Extra services that you create in the TravelLine Booking Engine are easy to display on the hotel website made in the TravelLine Website Builder. To do this, go to “Website builder” > “Content management”. Then, open the “Services” tab.

Tick the “Show section” box. Select the “Item name” and write the “Short description for the section”.

Click on the “Synchronize services” button to display the list of all the services from the “Extra services” page of the “Hotel management” section. To enable or disable an extra service on the website, use an on-off switch next to the service’s name.

You can change the display order of services if you like. To do this, click on the “Priority of services displayed on the website” button. In the lightbox opened, drag the name of the service and drop it where it should be. Then, click on the “OK” button.

Add other services that you offer at your property below, in the “We offer you” section.

You can also display amenities on the hotel website.

If this box is ticked, then there will be displayed all the amenities that you selected while setting room types.

Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page. Then, click on the “Publish” button in the top right corner to update changes.
