TravelLine Price Optimizer is a solution that helps you manage price rates depending on the hotel’s occupancy.
Let’s look at the first launching of TravelLine Price Optimizer. Open the “Price Optimizer” menu section. To start using TravelLine Price Optimizer, follow the 6 steps displayed on the page.
1. In the first step, select the property management system that you use — TravelLine WebPMS. Click on the “Confirm” button.
2. If you use the TravelLine Front desk, the data import is performed automatically. You will not have to create the room inventory as well — this step will be skipped.
3. In the next stage, create as many price levels as you need and make the necessary settings. Click on the “Confirm” button.
4. Click on the “Add level” button. Enter the price levels’ names. For example, BAR 1, BAR 2, and BAR 3, or BAR-5%, BAR-3%, BAR0, BAR+5%, BAR+7%.
5. Then, create a dynamic rate plan. Click on the “Confirm” button.

6. Go back to the “Price Optimizer” menu section. In the next stage, indicate a default price level. Select the price level you use at the zero occupancy rate.
7. Set occupancy intervals and map them with price levels. Click on the “Confirm” button.
The number of occupancy intervals should coincide with the number of price levels. Look at the example below.
8. Once all the steps of the checklist are made, click on the “Launch Price Optimizer” button.
