How to send a booking confirmation in another language

To send a booking confirmation in another language to a guest, take the following steps:

1. Go to the “Property management” > “Front desk”. Select the booking you need. In the window opened, click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of the page.

2. Find the “Additional settings” section. In the “Customer language” field, select the language you need. Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

3. Go to the “Documents” tab of the booking details page.

4. Click on the “Action” button next to the “Confirmation” and select the “Send confirmation” option.

If there is no email in the guest profile, you will see the following notification: “The confirmation cannot be sent. Add the email address in the profile”.

1. Click on the “View profile” button.

2. Scroll to the “Contact details” section and fill in the “Email” field.

3. Click on the “Done” button and save changes.

4. Click on the “Action” button next to the “Confirmation” and select the “Send confirmation” option.
