How to compare your property’s online rating with competitors’
In TravelLine Rate Shopper, you can compare online ratings of your hotel and competitor hotels.
To view the comparison, take the following steps:
Go to “Rate Shopper” > “Reviews rating”.
In the graph, there is a Booking.com rating and the number of reviews left for each competitor.
In case a competitor is highlighted in red, its rating is higher than yours.
In case a competitor is highlighted in green, its ratings are lower than yours.
