Some channels do not store the information on hotels’ availability and have no capability to perform bookings on their own.
When users search for a hotel, these channels send a request to some system to find out the rates, availability, and room descriptions. TravelLine platform stores this information for its hotel partners and responds immediately to the requests of the channels using API. The same happens when users decide to book on the channel.
