April 15, 2021 — Smart widgets on mobile devices

There are smart widgets in TravelLine Booking Engine. By attracting clients and displaying special offers, they increase direct bookings on the hotel website.

Today we have updated the widgets and made them available on mobile devices. From now on, guests will see special offers you have created in Booking Engine on their smartphones and tablets.

When you create a widget, it is already mobile-friendly. To set widgets, go to “Widgets” in “Booking Engine” section and then to “Settings” tab.

1. The “Show in mobile website mode” box is ticked by default, if you already created widgets for desktops. Clear a tick box, if you do not want them to be displayed on mobile devices.

2. Write in the “Message” and click “Multilingual” to add the translations to other languages.

3. Choose an icon and colours.

4. Set the widget’s layout.
