You can work with dynamic prices at your convenience. Choose your strategy to increase revenue:

  • by the hotel as a whole,
  • by category groups,
  • by categories separately.

Whatever you choose, it's enough to complete settings just once.

Choose prices yourself or turn on autopilot

TravelLine Price Optimizer can work in 2 modes: manual one and automatic one. When choosing manual mode you decide whether to accept the recommendations of TravelLine Price Optimizer or set your own price levels.

Automatic mode make you free from setting daily prices, and you can completely trust the instrument to do this job. You can establish exceptions — special days when Price Optimizer switches to manual mode. So you do not miss the opportunity to get axtra earnings on events.

In any mode you can make group operations in Price Optimizer’s price calendar: to accept and reject recommendations, set your price levels for several dates or particular weekdays at once.

It doesn’t matter if you deal with recommendations manually or Price Optimizer does everything for you — prices will be changed automatically on the hotel website and in OTAs through the channel manager.

Consider seasonality

Create the necessary number of seasons in your account. In the calendar specify dates for each season, set occupancy and price levels. For example, when it's time of high demand, set higher prices, and when it's weekend in such season — even higher.

Price Optimizer will consider seasonality settings in its calculations. With competent work with seasons hotel income will increase.

Make earnings on events

There is an Event Catalogue in Price Optimizer. You can add there any events: public or local holidays, hotel or municipal events.

Price Optimizer will show events in the price calendar table and you'll be able to quickly change prices following its tips. So if the flow of guests increases due to some events in your region, city or hotel, you can quickly raise the prices and will not miss the opportunity to earn more.

Track your hotel position among competitors

With Price Optimizer you get a tool for monitoring competitors' prices. You can choose up to 10 hotels to compare, and track your market position every day. This will provide additional information for price management.

Analyze statistics of occupancy and revenue

Right in the price calendar of Price Optimizer you daily can track:

  • hotel position on the market,
  • the number of reservations per day and per week,
  • current hotel occupancy to a particular date,
  • occupancy rate by room-types and room-types groups.
