How to close or open the rate plan quickly

You may use the “Close/open sales” button to close or open the rate plan quickly for a certain period.

How to close the sales in the rate plan

1. Go to the menu “Room management” > “Rate plans”.

2. Click “Close/open sales” button in front of the rate plan which one you need to close.

3. Select a period when you need to close the dates.

You may also add several periods by clicking “Add a period” button.

4. Select the room types which you need to close. All room types are ticked by default.

If you use TravelLine Channel Manager, you may also tick the channels where the restriction will be applied.

5. Save the changes.

How to open the sales in the rate plan

1. Go to the menu “Room management” > “Rate plans”.

2. Click “Close/open sales” button in front of the rate plan that one you need to open.

3. Select a period when you need to open the sales.

You may also add several periods by clicking “Add a period” button.

4. Select the room types which you need to open. All room types are ticked by default.

If you use TravelLine Channel Manager, you may also tick the channels where you need to open the sales.

5. Save the changes. The sales will be opened for the selected period.
